Job summary

Appone at Courtyard Care Center is seeking an on-call Janitor/Housekeeper to join our clinical team and help provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

You will perform day-to-day housekeeping, cross-train for Laundry backup, and ensure work areas meet health and safety standards.

This on-call role offers various shifts and requires friendly rapport with residents and adherence to facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Cross train to back up Laundry Department when needed.

JOB PURPOSE

Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position requires the following qualifications:

• Perform day-to-day housekeeping functions as assigned
• Cross train to back up Laundry Department when needed
• Perform specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments
• Ensure that assigned work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive manor
• Adhere to all current regulations governing nursing facilities
• Develop a friendly, helpful rapport with residents
• Maintain the confidentiality and rights of all residents
