Job Opening: Janitor (Full-time and Part-time)

We have openings for Janitor positions, both full-time and part-time.

Location

Fluor Greenville - 100 Fluor Daniel Drive, Greenville, SC 29607. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Weekend shifts are available. More details will be provided upon interview.

Requirements

Knowledge of cleaning procedures and prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial work are required.

Pay Rate

$14.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Keep buildings clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning duties, including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and restore them afterward.
• Clean assigned areas using proper materials and equipment; sanitize surfaces; follow the eight-step cleaning process.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and take initiative to address them.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors, adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute positively to the team; maintain professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
