Job Summary

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of buildings through various cleaning duties, including floor care, wall and glass washing, rubbish removal, and sanitation following approved procedures.

Essential Duties

• Disposing of trash per procedures and infection control plans.
• Dusting and mopping floors.
• Moving and replacing furniture and equipment for cleaning.
• Cleaning assigned areas with proper materials and equipment, following an eight-step cleaning process.
• Cleaning walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other surfaces.
• Identifying areas needing cleaning and completing tasks proactively.
• Following all federal, state, and local guidelines.
• Floor stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing, and carpet shampooing.
• Contributing to team efforts with professionalism.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
