ESFM Janitor Position

We have an opening for a full-time Janitor position at L'Oreal Little Rock, located at 11500 Maybelline Road, North Little Rock, AR 72117. Online applications are accepted only.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. More details will be provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience required.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Keep buildings clean and orderly by performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and damp mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for cleaning and return furniture to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas using designated materials and equipment, sanitize all surfaces, and follow the eight-step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean environment.
• Identify areas needing cleaning and complete tasks proactively.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisors in accordance with federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpets.
• Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
