Position Overview: The Janitor is responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance tasks inside a building or across multiple client sites, with duties tailored to client specifications.

Wage and Schedule:

Wage: $18.80/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:00 am - 1:00 pm

Essential Duties:

• Empty waste containers and remove garbage
• Clean ash trays, monitor sand urns
• Dust surfaces, wall hangings, and fixtures
• Vacuum carpets and mats
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and water coolers
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean glass surfaces and entry doors
• Restock bathroom supplies

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Minimum of 6 months of janitorial experience
