Job Opening: Janitor

Location

Shell Oil - 3333 Highway 6 South, Houston, TX 77082. Note: Online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Additional details provided during interview.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of buildings through heavy cleaning duties such as floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal.

Essential Duties

• Disposing of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusting and mopping floors.
• Moving and replacing furniture and equipment for cleaning.
• Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, walls, windows, and furniture.
• Identifying areas needing cleaning and completing tasks proactively.
• Following all safety and health guidelines.
• Floor stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing, and carpet shampooing.
• Exhibiting professionalism and teamwork.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
