Description

Basic Function : Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for performing daily cleaning of a community day service facility, including office spaces, common program areas, warehouse, Cafe and restrooms, as well as maintaining cleanliness in exterior areas surrounding the building perimeter.

Work Schedule:

PART-TIME 2 POSITIONS 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Cleans, sweeps, and mops floors as required by the cleaning schedule.
• Washes mirrors, stalls, walls, sinks, and baseboards.
• Vacuums, shampoos, and scrubbing carpets as applicable.

• Uses the correct procedures for each cleaning task.
• Follows manufacturer’s recommendation for use of all cleaning solutions.
• Follows all safety procedures when operating equipment.
• Informs supervisor of any equipment malfunction or unusual occurrences on the job.
• * Maintains equipment, supplies, and supply room in an orderly fashion.
• * Performs other duties as assigned.
