Qualifications

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and general tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety and precaution rules and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, elevators, stairs and other areas.
• Disinfect commonly touched surfaces such as desks, door handles, phones, and tools.
• Maintain restrooms, replenish supplies, wash windows and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling containers; manage trash and snow removal if necessary.
• Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors of needs.
• Close doors at end of night shift and follow safety procedures.
