Job Description: Janitor / Busser

General Purpose

This role involves cleaning and maintaining the restaurant to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, reflecting pride, discipline, and attention to detail.

Uniform Standards

• Wear the TP black hat facing forward at all times, brim not bent.
• Keep hair clean and tucked underneath the hat.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches must be groomed.
• Trim fingernails regularly.
• No jewelry on ears, face, neck, or wrists.
• No headphones or earbuds while working.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.

Essential Duties

• Follow uniform and sanitation policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and GHS standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Use tablets or computers for training.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor Busser.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning procedures.

Additional Requirements

• Attend orientation and complete training programs.
• Possess any required certifications (food, alcohol service, etc.).

Physical Demands

Must stand, walk, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Visual and sensory abilities required for safety and task completion.

Work Environment
