Job Description: Janitor / Busser

General Purpose of the Job

This role involves cleaning and maintaining the Twin Peaks restaurant. Pride, high standards, and discipline are essential for keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized.

The Uniform

• Wear the TP black hat facing forward at all times with the brim not bent.
• Keep hair clean and underneath the TP hat.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches are allowed if well-maintained.
• Trim fingernails regularly.
• Remove jewelry from ears, face, neck, and wrists.
• Do not wear headphones or earbuds.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, and wrinkle-free TP kitchen shirt tucked in.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and sanitation policies.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Follow HOH standards, safety, sanitation, and GHS requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Use tablets or computers for training.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Janitor Busser.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning and sanitizing policies.

Reasoning Ability

Apply common sense to carry out simple instructions and handle standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Attend and complete orientation and training, including any required local or state certifications.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate regularly. Occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities include close, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment
