Job Description: Janitor / Busser at Twin Peaks

General Purpose of the Job

This role involves cleaning and maintaining the Twin Peaks restaurant to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Team members are expected to uphold pride, discipline, and extreme standards in cleanliness.

Uniform Standards

• Wear the TP black hat facing forward at all times, brim not bent.
• Keep hair clean and tucked underneath the hat.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches must be groomed.
• Keep fingernails trimmed.
• Jewelry is not permitted on ears, face, neck, or wrists.
• No headphones or earbuds allowed.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, and wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and sanitation policies.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and GHS standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Use tablets or computers for training.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning tasks.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor Busser.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning policies.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and handle standardized situations.

Certificates and Training

Attend orientation, complete training, and obtain any required certifications such as food or alcohol service.

Physical Demands
