Job Description: Janitor / Busser at Twin Peaks

General Purpose of the Job

This role requires maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is expected to uphold high standards of pride, discipline, and cleanliness.

The Uniform

• Wear the TP black hat facing forward at all times, brim never bent.
• Keep hair clean and underneath the TP hat.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches are allowed but must be groomed.
• Keep fingernails trimmed.
• Avoid wearing jewelry on ears, face, neck, or wrists.
• No headphones or earbuds during shifts.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, and tucked-in TP kitchen shirt.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and sanitation policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stations and equipment.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and GHS standards at all times.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Use tablets or computers for training.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks like sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Janitor / Busser.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning procedures.

Additional Requirements

• Attend orientation and complete training programs.
• Comply with local and state regulations, including any required certifications.

Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, handling objects, and occasional lifting up to 15 pounds. Vision and dexterity are necessary.
