Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate for a night shift in our distribution network. You will operate tugger equipment, balers, forklifts and scrubbers, performing housekeeping and material-handling tasks to keep the facility clean and efficient.

The role requires safety-first mindset, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and reliable compliance with hazardous regulations and pre-employment checks. Join a team that supports long-term development across our distribution centers nationwide.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate tugger throughout warehouse emptying trash cans.
• Bale cardboard: learn to properly operate the baler, keeping it clean and safe.
• Operate forklift and scissor lift to perform housekeeping tasks.
• Drive Tennant floor scrubber; learn to operate it safely and keep it clean.
• Clean up all spills; be certified in cleaning hazardous chemicals.
• Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean windows, and clean warehouse break rooms and bathrooms.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• All other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include

• Operate tugger throughout warehouse emptying trash cans
• Bale cardboard: requires ability to learn to properly operate the baler, including keeping it clean and in safe condition
• Operate forklift and scissor lift to perform various housekeeping tasks
• Drive Tennant floor scrubber throughout warehouse; requires the ability to learn to properly operate the scrubber, including keeping it clean and in safe condition
• Clean up all spills; requires the ability to be certified in cleaning up hazardous chemicals
• Empty trash, sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, clean windows, clean warehouse break rooms and bathrooms
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and best practices
• All other duties as assigned
