Job summary

Rite of Passage Brand in Queen Creek, AZ is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain cleanliness across the facility and support a safe environment for youth programs.

The position runs Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, offering onsite housing benefits and comprehensive EAP-style perks. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory, with training provided on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three years.
• Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
• Experience in janitorial/maintenance work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of the facility including bathrooms, floors, and windows.
• Performs vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing as needed.
• Removes trash and sanitizes public areas to ensure a safe, healthy environment.

Rite of Passage Team is Hiring a JANITOR at Rite Of Passage, Las Sendas in Queen Creek, Az. Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!

What you will do: Performs all tasks related to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including cleaning and sanitizing staff bathrooms; vacuuming, steam cleaning, shampooing carpets, and removing stains; cleaning, waxing, and stripping tile and linoleum floors; cleaning windows, sills, and window tracks; removing garbage; cleaning heater vents, walkways, driveways, and loading docks, etc.

Canyon State Academy is located on a scenic 180-acre campus surrounded by Farm student housing for 300 + youth, a Thrift Store, Café, Barbershop and Church open to the community incorporating life skills for our students. Along with a fully equipped weight room, football stadium, an athletic centre (gymnasium, padded wrestling room & more).

Minimum Qualifications
