HamHed LLC is seeking a dependable Construction Site Cleaning & Final Finish Technician to keep active construction areas clean and ready for final inspection. You will perform thorough cleaning during construction and final cleaning before project completion.

The role requires OSHA 10 for all employees and OSHA 30 for supervisors, with emphasis on safety, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or on a team.

Qualifications

• Previous construction cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-orientedConstruction Site Cleaning & Final Finish Technicianto join our team. This role is critical in ensuring construction sites remain clean, safe, and ready for final inspection. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness during active construction and performing detailed final cleaning prior to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in active construction areas to support safe and efficient work
• Remove debris, dust, and spills promptly
• Sweep, vacuum, and clean surfaces to ensure proper working conditions
• Clean and protect newly installed materials and finishes
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for proper cleaning methods and products
• Remove debris from concealed areas before enclosure
• Perform detailed final cleaning, including:
  • Floors (sweeping, vacuuming, polishing)
  • Glass, mirrors, and windows (interior and exterior)
  • Plumbing fixtures and equipment
  • Light fixtures and reflective surfaces
• Clean HVAC systems, vents, and filters as required
• Use HEPA vacuums for interior cleaning when necessary
• Remove all construction debris, tools, and temporary structures at project completion
• Prepare site for final inspection and client turnover

• Exposure to dust, debris, and varying weather conditions
