The job requires lifting 50+ lbs, standing long hours, and willingness to rotate shifts including overtime and weekends. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour, with duties spanning floor care, waste management, sanitization, and equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand/walk for long periods.
• Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse conditions.
• Strong safety awareness (safety-sensitive position).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, cafeterias, and break rooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial equipment
• Empty trash, recycling, corrugated, and plastics into proper compactors
• Clean windows, walls, light fixtures, and mirrors
• Sanitize bathrooms and common areas
• Operate balers and ensure trash lines are operational
• Report spills, safety issues, and maintenance needs
• Monitor and request cleaning supplies
• Follow GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
