Automation Personnel Services is hiring a part-time Janitor to join a growing team in Lewisburg, TN. The role offers a flexible schedule with 15 hours per week and a 16.00 USD hourly pay rate.

The position is Temp to Hire, providing a path to permanent employment based on performance and business needs. In this role you will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace by performing routine cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and reporting any safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• Reliable and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a safe and professional work environment.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
• Restock cleaning supplies, paper products, soap, and other restroom necessities as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Janitor Duties and Responsibilities
