Allied Universal Janitorial Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. We are committed to delivering exceptional cleaning, landscaping, and restoration services for commercial facilities. Position: Janitor

Pay: $16.50/hour

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or equivalent for full-time positions.
• Some positions may require successful completion of a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, patrons, and employees in a friendly and engaging manner.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability in completing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in various conditions such as cold weather, rain, snow, or heat for extended periods.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, stand, walk, and operate equipment for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
