Job summary

IntegriWard, LLC in Duluth, MN is seeking a reliable Janitor to perform cleaning of offices, corridors, restrooms, lab spaces and support areas at the Great Lakes Toxicology and Ecology division – Duluth laboratory facility.

The role requires 2+ years of janitorial experience, a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of OSHA standards, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Janitor or Custodian.
• Knowledge of standard janitorial service methods, practices and techniques used in an industrial or commercial environment, and preferably in a government related environment.
• Ability to operate janitorial equipment and machinery in accordance with government standards.
• Must have a working knowledge and comply with OSHA regulations.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and driving history must meet company standards throughout employment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background check as a condition of employment and to obtain access to federal installations.

• Clean walls, baseboards, doors, fans, vents, clocks, etc.
• Clean and disinfect restroom fixtures and surfaces.
• Stock consumable supplies in restrooms.
• Clean door glass and surrounding windows on entrance doors and interior rooms.
• Clean surface areas and floors of stair landings and steps.
• Clean lunch and break room appliances, tables, chairs, sinks, and counters.
• Collect trash and recycled items and remove to designated areas.
