Job summary

USCS (United States Cold Storage, Inc.) is seeking a dependable janitorial associate for our Dallas operations. You will maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, while prioritizing safety and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, restrooms, trash removal, and operating basic cleaning equipment. Education: high school diploma or GED; prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required.

The Job Details

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitation of assigned work area.
• Keeps individual and facility safety at the forefront of their sanitation responsibilities.
• Assigned cleaning areas could consist of the kitchen, bathrooms, office, breakrooms, locker rooms, etc.
• Cleaning tasks could consist of, but are not limited to, dusting, scrubbing and cleaning restrooms, wiping down tables and countertops, and overall tidiness of the area.
• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
• Clean respected area using ladders, moving furniture, boxes, and equipment as needed.
• Empty trash cans.

• Experience: previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
