Job Title: Janitor

The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.50 per hour.

Janitors are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for our guests and employees throughout multiple buildings. Your role will require collaboration with fellow team members, Leads / Supervisors, and Managers. This is a part-time position that is physically demanding and requires adhering to specific time-sensitive deadlines. Shifts will fluctuate based on the building schedule but are frequently overnight (3rd Shift Graveyard). This position involves working with cleaning chemicals, supplies, machinery, and possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning tasks including but not limited to:
• Floors, aisles, and seats
• Picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restocking restroom supplies, including paper products, and cleaning toilets
• Scrubbing and polishing marble floors
• Doors, Windows, and Elevators
• Trash Collection and Recycling
• Metal Polishing
• Deep Carpet Cleaning and Floor Waxing
• Disinfecting the building
• Operating cleaning machines

Locations include: Arena, Restrooms, Backstage areas, Restaurant facilities, Kitchens, Locker Rooms, Offices, and Parking lots
