El Paso County Sheriff's Office seeks a senior program administrator to oversee substance use disorder services at the jail, ensuring compliance with contracts, grants, and policy requirements. This role provides leadership, staff development, and reporting to regulatory bodies.

The position requires a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and substantial leadership experience in similar settings. In-person work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm with potential for schedule

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• Three years of administrative leadership or related experience, such as planning, project management, and/or contract management in a law enforcement or healthcare field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all substance use disorder services at the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.
• Provide client briefings and statistics as outlined in applicable contracts and grants.
• Ensure policy, procedure, and contract obligations are enforced within the scope of program requirements.
