Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, 2+ years in high-volume food prep, and 1+ year of supervisory experience; Arizona driver’s license is required or obtainable by hire date.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of high-volume food preparation experience.
• One year of lead/supervisory experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license or ability to obtain by hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision for Food Service Workers, Detention Officers and inmate workers.
• Direct daily meals preparation, ensuring quality and HACCP compliance.
• Review schedules, approve time off, and manage payroll entries.
• Train staff on food handling techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
• Monitor facilities for safety and sanitation, ensure timely meal delivery.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and meal cost control.
