CHD Inc. in La Grande, Oregon seeks a Jail Diversion Case Manager to implement treatment plans, document activities, transport clients, and coordinate with therapists to support individuals in recovery.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or a combination of relevant experience, CADC or willingness to pursue certification, a valid Oregon driver’s license, and the ability to travel for client services. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.
Wage: $25.51 - $32.26 hourly. With CADC $26.80 - $34.09
Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral sciences field or a combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, training, or experience required to qualify as a QMHA. CADC or willingness to pursue certification. Have the competencies necessary to: communicate effectively; understand mental health assessment, treatment and service terminology and to apply the concepts and provide psychosocial skills development and to implement interventions prescribed on a Treatment Plan within the scope of his or her practice. Must possess a valid Oregon Driver’s license and be insurable for client service purposes, travel between business offices, and to attend required meeting and/or trainings. Must pass all criminal history check and drug screening.
