Job summary

Bluebonnet Trails Community Services (BTCS) JBCR Rehabilitation Specialist provides exceptional case management and competency restoration education to adults deemed incompetent to stand trial. Working in a jail setting, you collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver CBT, treatment planning, and motivational interviewing while ensuring thorough documentation.

Location: Williamson County; Hourly salary range $23.63–$31.88.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Experience with case management and mental health services in criminal justice settings preferred.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and clean background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered case management, skills training, psychosocial rehabilitative services and competency restoration.
• Regularly meet with individuals in Williamson County jail and court to provide cases.
• Maintain detailed electronic documentation and comply with organization/state guidelines.
