• Master’s Degree in Behavioral/Social Science required.
• Current licensure with clinical specialty preferred.
• CPR Certification must be obtained prior to hire and maintained.
• Hands-on or online certifications accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health screening of detainees referred by staff or identified through booking/nursing.
• Provide individual and/or group psychoeducation and skills-based interventions.
• Monitor behavioral health with custody and medical staff oversight.
• Coordinate with custody and medical staff for continuity of care and discharge planning.
• Document referrals and maintain records for CQI under supervision.
