You will operate in a territory across the Florida market, bringing entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to exemplary customer service. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in plumbing, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the plumbing trade.
• Must have a positive attitude with a passion for the plumbing trade.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's license and ability to adhere to safe driving practices.
• Must be completely drug free and pass a background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with lifting tools.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Install water heaters (gas/electric tank, tankless, hybrid, direct and power vent, recirculating pumps).
• Install faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, water filtration, RO, and water softening systems.
• Complete and upload required job documentation in our system promptly.
• Maintain proper truck stock for the scope of work.
• Maintain a safe driving record per company policy.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with communication, workmanship, and quality.

Our residential plumber position does not involve any sewer work or emergency service work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Installation of water heaters including gas and electric tank water heaters, tankless water heaters, hybrid water heaters, direct and power vent water heaters and recirculating pumps.
• Installation of faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, along with water filtration, reverse osmosis, and water softening systems.
• Ensure the required documentation for each job is completed and uploaded into our system in a timely fashion.
• Maintain the proper truck stock for the scope of work required.
• Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regard to communication, workmanship, and quality.

Qualifications:

• Have a positive attitude with a passion for the plumbing trade
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the plumbing trade
• Ability to operate a mobile device / tablet
• Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Valid Driver's license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices
• Must be completely drug free at all times and pass a background check
• Ability to lift heavy objects (with appropriate lifting tools) up to 50 pounds
• Possesses mechanical aptitude and the skill to operate hand power tools and equipment
• High school diploma or GED is required

Physical Requirements
