Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain guestrooms and public areas at our Monticello property. You will clean bathrooms, change bed linens, restock supplies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

As part of our team, you’ll follow cleaning procedures, handle equipment up to 100 lbs, and contribute to a friendly, efficient operation. We offer competitive pay ($21.69/hour), benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Strip beds and change linens; handle heavy items up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Dust furniture, ledges, shelves; restock amenities and supplies.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash; sign/return keys and restock carts.
• Ensure room cleanliness and report completion to supervisor.

NoOverviewMaintain the hotel rooms and building to ensure safe and clean experience for hotel guests, associates, and vendors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using cloths, mops, sponges, brushes, and/or cleaning agents by extending arms over head, bending, and stooping.Adhere to cleaning procedures and instructions for use of cleaning agents.Strip beds and make beds, changing bed linens, which may require lifting bedspreads weighing a maximum of 50 lbs.Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest room.Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart.
