J.P. Our Wealth Management teams develop deep, personal relationships with clients to provide goals-based financial planning advice and deliver sophisticated products and solutions to meet their wealth management needs.

Role Overview: As a Vice President Sales Practice Manager, you will identify and review potential sales practice issues, manage complex escalations, and communicate with senior stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to team success and develop skills in sales practice management.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct complex reviews with limited supervision, examining books, records, and documents.
  2. Initiate and complete high-quality reviews efficiently on multiple matters.
  3. Organize and prepare monthly reports for the sales practice review team.
  4. Analyze information from various sources to review potential sales practice issues.
  5. Present findings clearly and timely to management and other stakeholders.
  6. Identify patterns and trends impacting multiple clients, advisors, regions, or nationally.
  7. Work under supervision and review by senior team members.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Knowledge of securities rules, regulations, industry practices.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with advisory services and complex client accounts.
Minimum Requirements
  • 7+ years in securities and investment industry.
  • Active FINRA Series 7 license; Series 66 (63, 65), 9/10 (4, 24, 53) licenses within 120 days of employment if not already held.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in securities industry rules and practices.
