Position: Vice President, Sales Practice Manager

As a Vice President Sales Practice Manager at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will identify and review potential sales practice issues, manage complex escalations, and communicate with senior stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our team's success and develop your skills in sales practice management.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Plan and participate in complex reviews, determining which books, records, and documents require examination.
  2. Initiate and complete high-quality reviews efficiently, managing multiple time-sensitive matters.
  3. Organize and prepare monthly proactive reports for the sales practice review team.
  4. Collect, organize, and analyze information from various sources, including broker-dealer documents, trading, and financial data, to review potential sales practice issues.
  5. Present findings clearly and concisely to management and other stakeholders.
  6. Identify patterns and trends in reviews that may impact multiple clients, advisors, regions, or the entire firm.
  7. Work under review and correction by supervisory team members and senior management.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Knowledge of securities rules, regulations, industry practices, and products.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conducting interviews.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with advisory services and complex client accounts.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience in the securities and investment industry.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7 license.
  • Additional licenses (Series 66, 63, 65, 9/10, 4, 24, 53) required within 120 days if not already held.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with extensive industry knowledge.
