Join to apply for the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Vice President - Practice Management Consultant role at JPMorganChase.

This role is part of the highly visible Advisor Growth Program team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping advisor development and driving meaningful change. Collaborate with senior management to deliver solutions that empower advisors to strengthen client relationships and achieve success.

The team provides practice management coaching and consultations with experienced financial advisors in various settings, identifying growth opportunities within their books of business and helping create action plans for effective book management and client engagement. Topics include goals-based financial planning, developing teaming arrangements, utilizing business development accounts, cultivating referrals, growing COI networks, digital marketing strategies, and engaging next-gen/legacy clients. You will also consult with regional leadership to upskill and coach advisors on these practices.

Job Summary: As a Practice Management Consultant for the Advisor Growth Program, you will support the development of Private Client Advisors through the delivery of practice management concepts and tools, demonstrating strategic thought leadership and sharing best practices.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee AGP Advisor Performance

  3. Communicate Program-Level Updates
  4. Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration
  5. Support Strategic Planning for AGP Development
  6. Ensure Alignment with Divisional Objectives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of broad business experience in wealth management
  • Proven leadership and partnership skills
  • Experience with practice management coaching
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required

Preferred Qualifications: CFP certification.
