Hrc International is seeking a Visa Support Specialist to serve as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) under the Exchange Visitor Program. The role focuses on screening, vetting, and processing J-1 Intern and Trainee visitors, with emphasis on hospitality and tourism.

Compliance with 22 CFR §62.22 and sponsor obligations is essential. Responsibilities include DS-2019 management, SEVIS record maintenance, on-boarding host organizations, and providing case support to exchange visitors

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with J-1 Intern and Trainee programs preferred.
• Familiarity with SEVIS and Department of State regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Review, evaluate, and approve J-1 Intern and Trainee applicants in compliance with 22 CFR §62.22.
• Screen and select exchange visitors by verifying eligibility and English proficiency.
• Assist in coordinating Training/Internship Placement Plans and ensure they are bona fide.
