HRC International in the United States seeks an Exchange Program Support Manager to act as Responsible Officer for J-1 programs (Intern, Trainee, Teacher). You will lead operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide a team of program professionals to uphold sponsor obligations.

The role encompasses intake, vetting, onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing support, collaborating with multiple departments to enhance program quality and participant satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in International Affairs, Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience administering exchange visitor programs or other highly regulated programs.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing teams and operational functions.
• Experience serving as a Responsible Officer (RO) or equivalent compliance leadership role.

Mansioni

• Oversee RO oversight and regulatory compliance for J-1 programs, including SEVIS records and sponsor obligations.
• Lead a team of program professionals supporting Intern, Trainee, and Teacher programs.
• Direct day-to-day program operations: intake, vetting, and case management; ensure timely processing and compliance.
• Provide participant support from onboarding to program completion and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure regulatory alignment and program quality.
