Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior specialist to manage IWA scheduling and administration across the full lifecycle of TWS/IWA objects. You will own jobs, calendars, dependencies, and resources while optimizing batch workflows and governance.

You will lead migrations between environments, manage incidents and changes, and coordinate with IBM support and client teams. Strong scripting and SQL skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of IWA scheduling and administration.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of TWS/IWA objects: jobs, job streams, dependencies, calendars, resources.
• Strong scripting and SQL/DB query capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of TWS/IWA objects, including jobs, streams, dependencies, calendars and resources.
• Lead creation, configuration and scheduling of batch jobs; enforce naming and folder conventions.
• Maintain IWA calendars and event rule configurations; govern service catalogs for workflows.
• Coordinate environment migrations using WAT and Composer; oversee pre- and post-maintenance with monitoring teams.
• Own incident and change management; liaise with IBM support; track work in JIRA for audits.
• Mentor schedulers/administrators and translate scheduling issues into business terms for leadership.
