Job summary

Collins Aerospace seeks a senior IVV leader in an onsite role in the United States to drive integration, verification, and validation across engineering disciplines. You will coordinate planning with systems, software, hardware, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure customer requirements are fully verified.

You will provide technical leadership, maintain traceability of verification activities, and mentor team members while advancing continuous improvement in IVV practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in system integration, verification, and validation within a complex engineering environment.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Familiarity with systems development lifecycle and requirements management.
• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, documentation, and execution of IVV strategy for the program.
• Coordinate IVV planning across systems engineering, software, hardware, test, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Ensure product requirements are fully verified and validated against customer expectations.
• Develop IVV plans, processes, and test cases aligned with schedules and milestones.
• Oversee integration of system components and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure verification activities have clear traceability to requirements.
