InfuCare Rx is hiring a Home Infusion Nurse in the Wauchula, FL area. The role requires an active RN license, with preference for 3 years of RN experience, including home care, and strong IV skills. You will provide IV therapy, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality home infusion care.

The position emphasizes patient-centric care, compliance with regulations, and ongoing competency checks. CPR and US work eligibility are required.

Formación

• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• 3 years’ RN experience preferred, ideally with home care experience, with exceptional IV skills.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing degree (BSN/ADN) or graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
• Successfully pass annual competency checks.
• Clean background and criminal record; pass drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IV therapy and monitor patient condition.
• Observe, interpret and notify changes in patient status; advocate for patient.
• Communicate with patients and relay concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
