Job summary

Dorleco is seeking an experienced Audio DSP Specialist to join our IVI audio team in Palo Alto. The role focuses on real-time signal processing for voice communication, ECNR, and audio post‑processing on embedded platforms.

You will develop, integrate, debug, tune, and validate audio algorithms, collaborating with HW, software, and QA teams to ensure high‑quality audio performance in automotive EV platforms.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with speech and microphone-array processing.
• Experience with AEC, NR, VAD, AGC, DoA and speech enhancement.
• Real-time C/C++ development for embedded audio systems.
• Strong knowledge of ALSA and Linux audio architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize the in-vehicle infotainment audio stack.
• Integrate voice communication and voice recognition on IVI platforms.
• Collaborate with HW and system integration teams for tight integration.
• Work with QA to perform testing, debugging and validation.
