CCRM Fertility in Naperville, IL seeks an experienced IVF Nurse Coordinator (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care, support, and coordination throughout the IVF journey. You will collaborate with physicians, educate patients on procedures, medications, and lifestyle factors, and ensure timely treatment delivery.

The role requires an active RN license, BCLS/ACLS, and strong counseling skills; 3+ years RN experience, with 2+ in women’s health or OB/GYN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (IL) without limitations
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school
• BCLS/ACLS certification required
• 3+ years RN experience preferred
• 2+ years in women’s health, fertility, OB/GYN preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' medical histories and fertility-related data; enter in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine treatment plans.
• Educate patients on IVF processes, medications, side effects, and lifestyle factors.
• Provide emotional support and counseling throughout the IVF journey.
• Guide self-administration of medications and monitor progress; adjust as needed.
• Coordinate surgery and ART appointments; ensure informed consent and timelines.
• Monitor pregnancies via ultrasound and labs through 8–12 weeks.
• Communicate results and treatment instructions between patients and medical team.
• Advocate for patient preferences and informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of treatments and results.
• Discuss potential reasons for failure and alternative options.
• Assist with intrauterine inseminations and office procedures.
• Verify communicable disease testing when required.
