Job summary

The IVF Guide in the Mid West USA seeks an experienced Medical Director (MD/DO) to lead our IVF programme. You will oversee clinical standards, patient outcomes, laboratory oversight, and physician leadership, collaborating with the executive team on strategic and commercial direction.

Responsibilities include managing a high‑volume ART program, staff line management, governance, CAP/CLIA lab accreditation, and growth initiatives in donor egg, embryo banking, and third‑party reproduction

Qualifications

• MD or DO with ABOG certification and active medical license in the USA.
• Proven leadership of a clinical team in IVF/ART settings.
• Strong track record with SART benchmarking and outcomes.
• Experience with PGT-A/M/SR programmes preferred.
• Fellowship director or academic experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations of the IVF programme and set clinical standards.
• Oversee all ART protocols and ensure consistency across the programme.
• Review clinical policies, consent docs, and treatment pathways.
• Monitor KPIs including SART outcomes and complication rates.
• Ensure compliance with ASRM guidelines, state regulations, and FDA donor tissue rules.
• Line management of clinical staff (physicians, fellows, NPs, RNs).
• Chair clinical governance and quality committee; lead peer reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with Lab Director on CAP/CLIA accreditation; support recruitment and credentialing.
• Engage in business development: donor egg, embryo banking, third‑party reproduction; support growth initiatives.
