US Fertility in Annapolis, Maryland is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join our team. You will coordinate patient care, educate on procedures and injections, schedule treatments, and work with clinicians to align plans with protocols.

The ideal candidate holds a valid RN license, has IVF/fertility experience, EMR experience, and at least one year in a clinical RN role; strong customer service and compassion are essential.

Qualifications

• IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health is a plus; training will be provided.
• Valid RN license is required.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a must.
• High level of customer service is essential and you must be a self-starter.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients.
• Educate patients on procedures and how to administer injections.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
• Coordinate treatment plans with established clinical protocols.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
