Job summary

Penn State Health - Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is seeking a full-time IVF/ assisted reproduction laboratory professional. This role involves working with human gametes and embryos, including oocyte retrieval, semen preparation, fertilization, and embryo monitoring.

Responsibilities also include cryopreservation and micromanipulation for ICSI and assisted hatching. A biology-related Bachelor's degree plus 3 years in a cell culture lab is required, with IVF/micromanipulation experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, zoology, biochemistry or other related scientific field plus three years of clinical/research experience in a cell culture Laboratory required.
• Three (3) years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with IVF treatment and related programs, including oocyte retrieval and semen preparation.
• Monitor embryo development and perform cryopreservation.
• Conduct micromanipulation procedures for ICSI and assisted hatching.
