Job summary

US Fertility in Baton Rouge, LA, is seeking an Embryologist to join Ovation Fertility within our national network. The role involves hands-on embryology lab work, IVF cycle procedures, and data management, supporting patient care and research initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or related field required.
• 2+ years of embryology lab experience with SOPs and relevant procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Undertake embryology laboratory procedures as directed.
• Perform IVF cycle tasks including egg retrieval, sperm prep, fertilization checks, embryo evaluation, transfer, freeze/thaw; trophectoderm biopsy experience preferred.
• Perform andrology tasks including semen prep and analyses per WHO standards.
• Maintain quality control records and participate in quality improvement programs.
