Position Overview

We are looking for an IVF Case Manager at our Menlo Park offices, with training provided at the Los Gatos office. The position is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekend/holiday rotation. The pay range is $40-$45 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete case management of patients undergoing IVF treatments.
• Develop pre-cycle testing plans, treatment calendars, and education schedules.
• Provide patient education on IVF/fertility preservation, genetic testing, medication actions, and self-injection procedures.
• Manage treatment protocols and inform patients of next steps.
• Explain available technologies and tests to assist patient decision-making.
• Handle phone and portal triage for patient medical concerns, providing advice or actions as needed.
• Document in EMR and manage scheduling.
• Perform phlebotomy and assist physicians with procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with team members.

Qualifications

• Current California RN or LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Computer literacy, with experience in EMR and scheduling software preferred.
• Ability to travel between offices and work some weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills, integrity, flexibility, organization, and team orientation.
