Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking a Nurse Coordinator RN (On-Site) to deliver exceptional, patient-centered fertility care. You will partner with clinicians to provide compassionate, hands-on care across the patient treatment journey at our on-site facility.

Responsibilities include case management of a large patient portfolio and coordinating treatments such as Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation, with duties including medication ordering and perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado (RN)/(BSN) required.
• Current ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients.
• Case manage a large patient portfolio.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation.
• Order time-sensitive medications.
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center.
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients.

Education

Bachelor's Degree
