Diasorin seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Consumables area in Austin, TX. You will oversee manufacturing staff, ensure resources and documentation meet plans for cassette production across manual and automated processes, and coordinate with Engineering, R&D, and QA teams.

The role centers on maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality while managing labor costs and budgets in a regulated environment. 70,000–117,000 USD salary with benefits and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership of manufacturing staff with moderate to high span of control.
• Experience in FDA-regulated and ISO-certified environments preferred.
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resources are in place to deliver cassettes per plan.
• Schedule and manage Direct Labor to meet the plan.
• Develop and manage operational budget and Labor costs.
• Establish a safe work environment and improve COGS.
• Train headcount on required procedures and cross-functionally collaborate with Engineering, R&D, QA, and other teams.
