Job summary

A leading consulting firm in San Jose is looking for an experienced Ivalua Consultant to drive the implementation and optimization of the Ivalua Source-to-Pay platform. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience with the Ivalua platform and a strong understanding of procurement processes. Responsibilities include configuring modules, conducting system testing, and providing user training. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with technical teams and influence strategic procurement practices.

Qualifications

• Min. 3+ years of experience working with the Ivalua platform.
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contract management, and P2P processes.
• L2, ideally also L3 certification in P2P or INT or SQL from Ivalua.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support end-to-end implementation of the Ivalua S2P platform.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure Ivalua modules, workflows, business rules, forms, and user interfaces.
• Conduct system testing and support defect resolution.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support.
