Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, spa, fitness, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Must be comfortable learning and operating wellness equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients for wellness services and IV therapy appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm wellness and IV therapy appointments.
• Explain wellness service procedures and answer patient questions.
• Set up and operate wellness equipment including Ionic Foot Bath and Infrared Sauna.
• Perform Body Composition Analysis assessments.
