Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support IV therapies, injections, and blood draws in a patient-centered integrative medicine setting. The role emphasizes hands-on care while also managing clinic operations and IV suite readiness.

Ideal candidates will have MN RN licensure, 2+ years of nursing experience, strong IV and phlebotomy skills, and a collaborative approach to care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
• 2+ years of nursing experience required.
• Strong IV placement and venipuncture skills.
• Experience with IV therapy and phlebotomy for adults and pediatrics.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and clinical workflows.
• Collaborative and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV therapy, IM injections, and other treatments per provider orders and protocols.
• Perform venipuncture and collect lab specimens.
• Monitor patients during IV infusions and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients about treatments and next steps.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Oversee IV suite and lab space readiness and inventory.
• Coordinate with providers and care team for smooth patient flow.
