Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our concierge medical center in a full-time IV therapy role. This position involves administering IV therapy, phlebotomy and injections, documenting in EMR, and delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care in a high-touch environment.

The ideal candidate has a valid RN license with acute care experience, is comfortable with fast-paced schedules, and holds BLS (ACLS preferred).

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with two years experience in an acute care setting; one year administering injections.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in daily schedule.
• Experience using a computer to document; strong multitasking ability; comfortable with IV/hemotology related activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer intravenous therapy, phlebotomy and intramuscular injections using prescribed formulas of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
• Document patient visits and infusions/injections in EMR.
• Under provider supervision, address patient questions and communicate issues to the physician.
• Exhibit therapeutic communication, exceptional customer service, professionalism and teamwork.
• Maintain knowledge to provide high quality, compassionate nursing care.
• Assist staff with other duties when time allows.
• Discuss micronutrients offered and how they benefit health and well-being.
• Guide patients after micronutrient testing results.
• Place orders to compounding pharmacies/medical suppliers and manage shipping.
