Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and delivery of patient- and family-centered care.

The position requires a BSN and MA RN licensure, with Med/Surg/Tele experience preferred. Scheduling includes 40 hours with day/evening coverage and rotating weekends/holidays.

Formación

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
• IV Guided Ultrasound preferred.
• Med./surg./Tele. experience strongly preferred.
• Observational skills and prioritization required.
• Able to work under stress with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time/priority management skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, provide and evaluate patient care per Nursing Standards of Care.
• Manage patients from assessment to evaluation and care planning.
• Support Patient and Family Centered Care Model in practice.
